This is my self Bikey Maharjan the Managing Director of Maharjan Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. registered in the act of nepal government working in the sector for real estate business. I would like to addressed all my friends family coworker business person and all respected person that myself had been in this real estate business since 2007 and had been giving my 100 percent effort to satisfy my valuable clients with my dedicated effort. I would like to share more on real estate business in nepal as it hadn't been systematic way that our government working and addressing the realtor of nepal in proper way though they had been working key role in the upliftment of the taxation for the government by selling buying managing properties in excellent way. I would like to addressed one thing as well there must be systematic way for the realtor as well so that their earning incentive will be secure and the government also could generate realist taxation during the transaction done so that it will help government for better earning through tax which the government could use it in the development of the nation. So being the realtor i would like to request all to go through the realistic transaction regarding the genuine tax paid so that government could spend well in the development of the nation.

In very near future we gonna organized some good team to work out in this matter so that the Nepal government could have good idea to addressed the all realtor of Nepal. So i do believe in equality uniformity  cooperation and do assure that together we can make the good nation.
